Yummi, leckere Konfi für einen guten Zweck. Jetzt im Team-Shop!
Unser Pflümlibaum hat wohl den besten Platz in der Oase! Als wir vor einigen Tagen uns für eine weitere Sitzung in der Oase einfanden, staunten wir nicht schlecht! Die Äste, schwer beladen mit tausenden von grün-gelben und roten Pflümli, ragten bis zum Boden. Es vergingen keine zwei Minuten und die Idee war geboren.
Zusammen mit vielen Helfern aus dem Bekanntenkreis ernteten wir die Pflümli. Insgesamt ganze zwei Tage. Mit Leitern und Eimern ausgerüstet pflückten wir Frucht für Frucht. Mit der Hebebühne Biderbost erreichten wir sogar die schönsten und leckersten Pflümli ganz zu oberst.
Vier Fässer verarbeiten wir zu Schnaps und einen Teil davon bieten wir nach Produktion in unserem Team-Shop an. Zirka 130 Kilogramm haben wir zu Konfi weiterverarbeitet. Natürlich alles BIO und handverlesen 🙂 Die Oase-Pflümli Konfi gibt es bereits in unserem Team-Shop.
